【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesminimumdesignverificationtestingproceduresandacceptancecriteriaforcasingandtubingconnectionsfortheoilandnaturalgasindustries.Thesephysicaltestsarepartofadesignverificationprocessandprovideobjectiveevidencethattheconnectionconformstothemanufacturer'sclaimedtestloadenvelopeandlimitloads.Itcategorizestestseverityintofourtestclasses.Itdescribesasystemofidentificationcodesforconnections.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotprovidethestatisticalbasisforriskanalysis.ThisInternationalStandardaddressesonlythreeofthefivedistincttypesofprimaryloadstowhichcasingandtubingstringsaresubjectedinwells:fluidpressure(internaland/orexternal),axialforce(tensionorcompression),bending(bucklingand/orwellboredeviation),aswellasmake-uptorsion.Itdoesnotaddressrotationtorsionandnon-axisymetric(area,lineorpointcontact)loads.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesteststobeperformedtodeterminethegallingtendency,sealingperformanceandstructuralintegrityofcasingandtubingconnections.Thewordscasingandtubingapplytotheserviceapplicationandnottothediameterofthepipe.
