【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationupdatesastandardrepresentationforstoringandorganizingtheheterogeneousinformationcontainedinclinicalpracticeguidelines.Thisspecificationisintendedtofacilitatetranslationofnatural-languageguidelinedocumentsintoaformatthatcanbeprocessedbycomputers.Itcanbeusedtorepresentdocumentcontentthroughouttheentireguidelinelifecycle.Informationatbothhighandlowlevelsofabstractioncanbeaccommodated.Thisspecificationisbasedontheguidelineelementsmodel(GEM)createdattheYaleCenterforMedicalInformaticsanddesignedtoserveasacomprehensiveXML-basedguidelinedocumentrepresentation.1.2ThisspecificationreferstoandmakesuseofrecommendationsfromtheWorldWideWebconsortium,theW3C.1.3StandardGuidelineSchemaThisspecificationdefinesastandardSchemaforclinicalpracticeguidelines.TheSchemaisincludedinAnnexA1.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
