【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportspecifiesawrittenprotocoltopreparecalibrationsamplesforassessmentofoff-flavour(givenbybenzaldehyde)inatestsubstancerepresentativeofdryfoodproducts(icingsugar).Essentially,thisismeanttosimulatethetransferofoff-flavoursfrompaperandboardtoadryfoodproduct.ThisTechnicalReportalsospecifieshowtotrainthepanelintheuseofthecalibrationsamples.Thegeneraloutlineofthetestprocedureconsistsofsensoryassessmentofoff-flavourinsampleswithoutformaltrainingbyaselectedpanel,followedbytrainingofthepanel,andfinallysensoryassessmentofthesamplesaftertrainingbythesamesensorypanel.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000definestestmethodsforimmunitytorippleatthed.c.inputpowerportofelectricalorelectronicequipment.Thisstandardisapplicabletolow-voltaged.c.powerportsofequipmentsuppliedbyexternalrectifiersystems,orbatterieswhicharebeingcharged.Theobjectofthisstandardistoestablishacommonandreproduciblebasisfortesting,inalaboratory,electricalandelectronicequipmentwhensubjectedtoripplevoltagessuchasthosegeneratedbyrectifiersystemsand/orauxiliaryservicebatterychargersoverlayingond.c.powersupplysources.Thisstandarddefines–testvoltagewaveform;–rangeoftestlevels;–testgenerator;–testset-up;–testprocedure.Thetestdescribedhereafterappliestoelectricalorelectronicequipmentandsystems.Italsoappliestomodulesorsubsystemswhenevertheequipmentundertest(EUT)ratedpowerisgreaterthanthetestgeneratorcapacityspecifiedinclause6.Thistestdoesnotapplytoequipmentconnectedtobatterychargersystemsincorporatingswitchmodeconverters.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifytheteststobeappliedtoparticularapparatusorsystems.ItsmainaimistogiveageneralbasicreferencetoIECproductcommittees.Theseproductcommittees(orusersormanufacturersofequipment)remainresponsiblefortheappropriatechoiceofthetestandtheseverityleveltobeappliedtotheirequipment.Dedicatedtestproceduresareinusefortestingspecificcategoriesofelectricalorelectronicequipment,e.g.equipmentconnectedtod.c.supplynetworkoftelephoneswitchingcentres;therelatedproductcommitteesshouldevaluatetherelevanceandapplicabilityofthetestprocedurespecifiedinthisbasicstandard.
