【摘要】:Thispracticecanbeusedtoevaluatetheperformanceofdifferentlotsoftonerinacommonmachine.Itcanalsobeusedtoevaluatetheeconomicsoftoneranddispersantusagewhenmakingmachine-to-machinecomparisons.Thispracticeprovidesonlyapointestimatethatissubjecttoasignificantnumberofvariablesthatarenoteasilymeasured.Thosemakingdecisionsbasedontheresultsofthispracticeshouldcarefullyconsidertheaccuracyoftheresultsandotherpertinentdata.Actualuseofthecopierinnormaloperatingconditionswillmostlikelyresultintoneranddispersantusagevaluesdifferentfromthosegeneratedusingthispractice.1.1Thispracticedescribesaprocedureforestimatingthenumberofcopiesthatcanbeproducedforagivenunitoftoner,andagivenunitofdispersantinacopierutilizingliquiddeveloper.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
