【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesprocedurestotestwhetheranobservedvalueof:-failurerate;-failureintensity;-meantimetofailure;-meanoperatingtimebetweenfailures;complieswithagivenrequirement.Itisassumed(exceptwhereotherwisestated)thatduringtheobservationperiod(accumulatedrelevanttesttime)thetimeintervalstoorbetweenthefailuresareindependent,andidenticallyexponentiallydistributed.NOTE-Thisassumptionimpliesthatthefailurerateorfailureintensityisconstant.Threetypesoftestplansareprescribedasfollows:-sequentialtestplans;-time/failureterminatedtestplans,includingfixedtime/failureterminatedtestplansandalternativetime/failureterminatedtestplansthatcanbedesignedtomeetaparticularneed;-fixedcalendartime/failureterminatedtestplans.Generalguidanceonthechoiceoftestplansisgivenin7.3ofIEC60605-1.
